This is especially true in the south-eastern region, which includes the entire Mediterranean coast, including Andalusia, Murcia, Catalonia and the Valencian Community, which includes the province of Alicante. The Balearic and Canary Islands stand apart: the former are similar in climate to the south-eastern Mediterranean region, while the latter are characterised by eternal summers and a variety of climatic zones.
Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante is considered the region with the longest beach season (you can swim here from May to November) and the warmest sea water (in closed bays and coves in August it can warm up to +29 degrees Celsius).
